Product Introduction

The corundum-mullite saggar is made of fused mullite, tabular corundum, alumina micropowder, silica micropowder, calcium aluminate cement and sodium hexametaphosphate. It is formed by hydraulic vibration forming method, and it is made by demolding and drying after high temperature firing.
Corundum-mullite saggar products have excellent thermal shock stability, high softening temperature under load, and excellent wear resistance. Under high temperature conditions, it has excellent flexural and shatter resistance. It has the characteristics of high thermal conductivity, strong mechanical load rate, stable chemical properties and long service life.
It is widely used in various electronic ceramic push-plate kilns, metallurgical furnaces, silicon molybdenum furnaces, shuttle kilns and other high-temperature kilns, and produces various high-temperature saggers, push-plates, moving-in plates and other high-temperature kiln furniture.
